Romagna Welcome is a space for storytelling and promotion by Promozione Alberghiera to narrate the different and original travel experiences that Rimini and Romagna offer for twelve months a year. With this project we will tell the beauty of little known places and resources, helping to promote a multi-experience destination that praises an offer often ignored by those who have always lived this territory as an exclusively summer and seaside destination.
To achieve this goal, Romagna Welcome intends to combine the narrative voice of those who live in this territory and know its immense wealth, with those who love to travel and tell their experiences and discoveries: citizens and influencers will be, with Romagna Welcome, the guides to discover an unprecedented destination in which the sea is the setting for wine and food experiences, art, culture, combined with pleasant moments of wellness, fun and outdoor activities.
Promozione Alberghiera
Romagna Welcome is a project launched by Promozione Alberghiera, which with over 200 hotels is the largest cooperative in the sector in Italy, in collaboration with the Municipality of Rimini and APT Emilia Romagna. Promozione Alberghiera has power up this marketing project with the aim of increasing the market demand of national and international tourists potentially interested, beyond the “sea” product, also to the rest of the tourist offer in Rimini and Romagna: culture, lifestyle, food & wine, nature and leisure.
Get Your Rimini Experience
Get Your Rimini Experience is the first format created for Romagna Welcome project. Rimini has been identified as the core of Romagna and a point of reference for tourists and local operators.
GYRE is a challenge tour in which 20 travelers competed to create, tell and promote the best holiday to live in Rimini and Romagna on four themes: Food&Wine, Sea&Sun, Art&Lifestyle, Outdoor&Wellness.
The project took place in two phases: the teaser tour, where 6 international influencers lived a synthesis of the Experience in the territory, and the real Game Experience, in which 20 influencers selected among the candidates competed in the creation and promotion of 4 travel experiences to discover Rimini and Romagna.
